Tip 1: Personality-Based Habit Matching
(Sunday’s tip: Choose Habits That Feel Natural To You)
We all create habits differently, and that's perfectly okay! Understanding your personality type using Gretchen Rubin's "Four Tendencies" framework can help you build habits that actually stick.
Here's how to get started:
The four tendencies are - Obligers, Rebels, Upholders, and Questioners
Take the free quiz - The Four Tendencies Quiz | Gretchen Rubin - to discover your tendency
Obligers (You thrive with external accountability):
Consider joining a support group or sharing your goals with a friend who can check in on your progress.
Rebels (You resist anything that feels like an expectation):
Create a flexible “menu” of options that help you achieve your goal.
Choose what feels right each day.
Upholders (You’re motivated by both inner and outer expectations):
Use habit trackers to create visual reminders of your progress.
Set clear goals and specific routines.
Questioners (You need a good reason to do something):
Research the benefits of the habit you’re trying to build.
Personalize habits so they align with your goals and values.

Tip 2: Write to Your Future Self
(Sunday’s tip: How Daily Reflection Can Help You Achieve Your Goals)
Sometimes the best motivation comes from within. Taking a moment to write to your future self can help you reflect on your goals and celebrate your progress.
Try this simple practice:
Write a short note to yourself on a piece of paper, including;
One habit you're working on
What you hope to achieve
Words of encouragement
Seal it in a letter and open it 3 months from now.
When you open it, use it to reflect on and celebrate your progress.
